How to add your bank account to PayPal

There are many ways to withdraw your Paypal funds. You can withdraw through your credit card or to your bank account. The best option is withdrawing your funds to your bank account because it only cost 50.00 PHP or none (for Unionbank only, other banks’ fee may vary).

Adding your bank account is safe with PayPal, they will not store your details in public. But be sure that your PayPal details and your bank details are matched. PayPal will not be held responsible for incorrect bank information provided by its customers.

We will be guiding you on how to add your bank account to PayPal, refer below for the guide:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.

2. Go to “My Account” tab.

3. Point to “Profile” tab and select the option “Add/Edit Bank Account”.

4. Fill in the necessary details and be sure that your PayPal details should match your bank account details. (Click here for the bank code)

5. Click “Continue” button.

6. You will be redirected to a page to review your details.

7. When you are done reviewing your details, you may click “Add Bank Account” button.

Now you have successfully added your bank account to PayPal. You may also add up to 8 bank accounts to your PayPal account (each bank account can be linked to only one PayPal account at a time).

Another way of withdrawing your PayPal funds is by using Peso Exchanger’s PayPal Withdrawal Service or PWS. You can use it to withdraw your PayPal funds to your preferred bank account (Unionbank, Chinabank, BPI, BDO and Metrobank) without adding your bank details to PayPal and waiting for days for it to reflect to your bank.
