EON: What is ATM ONUS WITHDRAWAL FEE?
At first glance of your EON mini statement, if you analyze it, it seems random. You wonder if its a hidden fee of EON Unionbank when withdrawing from their ATM machines. If you look at your statement you would see this:
It’s not a hidden fee. It’s a fee for using Unionbank’s ATM for withdrawal for the 3rd time in a month. The rule is, you are given 2 withdrawals for every month using your EON ATM. If you exceed 2 withdrawals using your ATM, this fee is deducted from your bank account (P10.00). Every start of the month this counter gets reset and you will start the month with 2 free withdrawals using their ATM machine.
I hope this helps explain the “ATM ONUS WITHDRAWAL FEE”.
